Shipping Timelines
We ship all orders within 2 to 5 working days. If there’s a delay due to government restrictions or lockdowns, we will notify you promptly.

Order Updates

You’ll receive two email updates:

  1. Order Confirmation Email after you place the order.
  2. Shipping Email once your order is dispatched, including a tracking code to follow your delivery.

Please make sure someone is available at your provided address to receive the parcel. If the courier attempts delivery 3 times and fails, the shipment will be returned to us. Additional fees will apply for re-shipping. Orders with incomplete addresses or incorrect phone numbers will not be processed.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for orders unless there’s a fulfillment issue like:

Return & Exchange Policy

We take great care in quality checking every item. Slight variations in color or texture are part of the natural design process and not considered defects.

If you receive a damaged product, email us within 3 days of delivery at info@premiumfashiontrading.com with the subject: RETURNS. Do not send items back without prior communication.

Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery. All return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
